A very Happy New Year to all, it seems fitting at the turn of the decade to welcome new opportunities for good health and reflect the gifts received during 2019.

Since the launch of HeartRei it has become clear that there is a need for alternative wellbeing therapies in our local community. The above quote certainly rings true and as my affinity with Reiki has increased, so too have requests for support with energy healing.

Listening with an open heart I made the decision not to take on further Counselling clients and focus soley on the holistic services. In this exciting twist I plan to visit new horizons and qualify as a sound healing practitioner in the near future, offerring this to individuals and expanding out towards group provision for a shared experience later in the year. To set a course under the navigation of the universe is hinged on trust, trusting in the desired outcome without guarantee. Music is something that connects us, crosses all boundaries and when provided by a qualified practitioner goes beyond relaxation to stimulate healing.

I look forward to embracing positive energies and providing new ways for existing and new clients to increase and sustain greater health benefits. I hope to welcome you soon to HeartRei at Yoga House.
